MICHAEL DUBOFF:

Michael Duboff is a seasoned Canadian entertainment attorney, deeply embedded in the music, film, and TV spheres. Hailing from Winnipeg, his expertise extends throughout Manitoba and Ontario, bridging artistic and corporate worlds. With roots as a musician and film industry professional in major cities like Toronto and Vancouver, he's not just a lawyer but a passionate advocate for artists. His diverse background and dedication make him an invaluable ally for the dynamic arts community.

ELIANE ELLBOGEN:

Eliane Ellbogen is an intellectual property lawyer at Fasken in Montreal, with focus on information technology and the creative industries. Ellbogen is often invited to speak on copyright, artificial intelligence, and legal issues in arts, and regularly publishes articles on these topics.  She completed her Bachelor of Law with honours at UQAM. Before becoming a lawyer, Ellbogen founded and directed Eastern Bloc, an internationally-renowned digital art exhibition centre. She continues to be actively involved in the arts community as a board member of various organization.

MATTHEW GORMAN:

Matthew Gorman is an entertainment lawyer, advising performers, songwriters, producers, managers, social media influencers music publishers, record labels, authors, and entertainment/digital businesses and disruptors on all aspects of their careers/businesses.  Matt also owns and operates Ocean Town Music, an entertainment company that, among other things, manages multi-platinum producer/songwriter, Mike Sonier (Noah Cyrus, Julia Michaels, Maggie Rogers, The Weeknd, Ruth B, etc.). Matt was very active within the creative arts space long before becoming a lawyer, which helps his practice every day.  Outside of the office, Matt plays drums, piano and guitar.
